Dunu Concept R: High-end design
At the heart of the Concept R is a discrete, symmetrical four-channel R-2R DAC, featuring 192 precisely matched resistors. This configuration ensures smooth, natural digital-to-analog conversion, reproducing musical detail with exceptional fidelity. The integrated amplifier offers output power of up to 1.3W into 32Ω in balanced mode, with the option of choosing between Class A and AB modes to tailor the sound signature to the user's preferences. There's a transistor and a JAN6418 tube amplifier stage.
Dunu Concept R: Elegant design and intuitive functions
The Concept R is machined from a block of aerospace-grade aluminum, offering a robust structure and refined aesthetics. Its user interface features a 2.08” monochrome OLED display and a digital volume slider inspired by analog controls, facilitating intuitive navigation. The CD playback mechanism features a high-performance servo developed in-house, guaranteeing precise playback of 12cm and 8cm CDs, including CD-Rs.
Dunu Concept R: Connectivity and autonomy
The Concept R offers versatile connectivity with unbalanced Jack 6.35mm and balanced Jack 4.4mm headphone outputs, a balanced Jack 4.4mm line output for external amplifiers, as well as an optical output and USB audio input supporting PCM up to 32bit 768kHz and DSD up to DSD512. It's powered by a 12000mAh (31.58Wh) battery, offering extended autonomy for long listening sessions.
