This DAC module will allow you to enjoy a digital to analog conversion at a low price and ideal for integration in a DIY project. Its conversion stage is based on a CS4398 DAC chip, supporting PCM audio streams up to 24bit 192kHz. SPDIF reception is provided by a CS8416 chip. The module also integrates a NE5532P AOP on its output stage, mounted on DIP8 and therefore easily interchangeable.

For the connectic, we find in input Toslink optical and coaxial. For the outputs, the module provides stereo RCA and a second analog output on XH2.54mm 3 pins connector.
