The PURIFI 1ET6525SA is one of the most rigorous Class D amplification solutions on the market, with measured performance that is simply outstanding.
The result is a high level of sound reproduction, suitable for use with demanding speakers, large listening rooms or studio applications requiring considerable headroom without compromising on the precision and richness of the audio message.
All components are housed in a sober, robust and compact 100% aluminum case. It features openings to facilitate heat dissipation. Its design also limits the impact of interference on the signal.
Audiophonics AP300-M450ET : PURIFI 1ET6525SA module
- For its single amplifier channel, the AP300-M450ET uses a PURIFI 1ET6525SA module. This high-performance Class D amplifier circuit delivers a very comfortable output power of 450W at 4Ω or 230W at 8Ω, while benefiting from the tremendous efficiency of Class D amplifiers.
- The 1ET6525SA module features a high-gain loop of over 85dB across the entire frequency band, providing high performance across the entire spectrum, surpassing any amplifier of any class.
- Highly effective in terms of intermodulation distortion (IMD), these modules enable the AP300-M450ET to deliver a stereophonic image of formidable precision across the entire spectrum, for redoubled clarity, even during the most complex musical works.
- Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) is kept extremely low at all power levels. This translates into an absence of sound signature and the ability to reproduce all types of music without coloration.
- Output noise is negligible, allowing deep silences and favoring the appearance of detail when listening at low volume.
- The circuit benefits from a high level of rejection (PSRR) that minimizes the impact of the power supply on audio performance.
- The load-independent frequency response makes it possible to enjoy all the qualities of this amplification technology, even with the most difficult-to-drive speakers.
- Low quiescent power consumption and electromagnetic radiation (EMI). The high-gain loop considerably relieves the workload on MOSFETs, enabling them to operate under optimum conditions, reducing losses and EMI emissions.
- The AP300-M450ET's amplifier module are linked by a specially developed interface board for optimum integration.
Audiophonics AP300-M450ET : HYPEX SMPS600N400 Power Supply Module
The SMPS600N400 switched-mode power supply is an ultra-high-efficiency model capable of delivering 600 Watts of rated power in an extremely compact package. It has been specifically designed and developed by HYPEX to supply the 2 x 65V voltage required to operate the most demanding amplifier modules.
This high-quality, low-noise power supply meets the power requirements of the amplifier modules in every respect. What's more, the amplifier modules themselves have an excellent ability to reject power supply noise. As a result, the AP300-M450ET is extremely insensitive to mains imperfections and voltage/current variations that can cause parasitic noise.

The amplifier module is controlled by an interface board of our own design.
An Audiophonics OPA1656 OPA is used, a very low distortion OPA offering the highest transparency with very low THD. It is socket-mounted, allowing replacement if necessary.
To suit all uses, we have opted for 4 gain settings, selectable by jumper on the underside of the unit: 12.5dB, 20dB (default), 25dB and 29dB.
Audiophonics AP300-M450ET : Connectivity
Designed for easy integration, the AP300-M450ET features both balanced (XLR) and single-ended (RCA) mono inputs. A bipolar selector switch makes it easy to change the input source.
At the output, BP-207 carbon / 24k gold insulated terminal blocks Ø5.5mm ensure an excellent connection with the loudspeakers.

The AP300-M450ET features a 5-12V trigger input integrated into a low-power circuit (5 mA). This means your amplifier blocks can easily join your Hi-Fi installations with remote-controlled switch-on.
