Neotech's NEI-3004G modulation cable is a symmetrical modulation cable incorporating 2 G-UPOCC composite conductors, a combination of OCC copper and graphene. This new conductor marks a significant advance, both in terms of research and industrial applications. The addition of graphene improves the stability of electrical signal transmission at high temperatures, while preserving the exceptional conductivity of OCC copper, so that performance remains intact, even at high voltages.
The conductors have polyethylene insulation, preventing any transmission of electrical discharge created by the double mylar/aluminium shielding and OCC copper foil. The whole assembly is encased in a sheet of paper with cotton fibres for mechanical strength, then covered with a robust, flexible PVC sheath.
