Output Stage module for audio transformer kit
This kit from Ian Canada allows you to mount your own output stage for ES9038Q2MPi and Es9028Q2MPi DAC. Its input connection is in fact based on a XH (2.54mm) 2x5 connector.With suitable connector it may also be mounted on any digital / analog conversion stage devoid of output stage.
It consists of a single PCB with two slots for accommodating the pair of audio transformers.
The connectors and other electronic components (resistors) are supplied by default with the kit and must be installed by the user. This arrangement requires a soldering iron and some knowledge in electronics.
On the PCB one can find two pairs of pads for installing additionnal capacitors. This step is optional and the capacity of capacitors is to be determined by trying and testing.
Transformers are sold separately.
