Denafrips Venus 15th: R2R DAC and FPGA

Each channel of the Venus 15th is equipped with an independent high-speed FPGA to facilitate decoding of the digital signal using 4 sets of R-2R networks with a tolerance of just 0.005%. The choice of such a design results in very low linearity error, high decoding speed and low digital noise, not only to ensure that the audio signal has extremely low distortion, but also to ensure very low background noise for the most accurate and transparent reproduction possible.

Denafrips Venus 15th: FIFO buffer and OCXO clock

All Venus 15th digital inputs pass through a FIFO buffer and are reclocked by an OCXO AT-cut clock. The exceptional stability offered by the AT-cut crystal is reinforced by the OCXO architecture's temperature control, resulting in a signal with unrivalled stability, very low jitter and enhanced resolution.

Denafrips Venus 15th: O-core transformers

The Venus 15th's linear power supply stage uses two copper-silver-gold alloy O-Core transformers coupled with filter capacitors to supply the digital and analog sections independently, ensuring a clean, stable power supply while avoiding interference.
