NE5532P 2x, 4x stereo RCA, rotary selector
This very versatile module offers a buffer working with two NE5532P PDO (one of which is mounted on DIP8 support). It also has a source selector function with 4x Stereo RCA inputs. The selector switch and the active source indicator are mounted on a separate PCB (included).
The set offers very good performance thanks to its regulated integrated linear power supply. The module can thus be connected directly to a compatible torique transformer.
The form-factor is thin and long which contributes to the originality of this module while opening opportunities for integration.
Double OPA NE5532P
Two operational amplifiers NE5532P are at the heart of the buffer floor.
One of the two OPA is mounted on a DIP8 support and can be replaced in order to change the device's restitution according to one's preferences or to the specificities of an audio installation.
6 pairs of resistors with 1% tolerance allow the buffer stage to work under stable conditions to provide a stable and accurate sound reproduction.
Source selector
This module has 4 inputs stereo RCA ports. It is accompanied by a mechanical rotary switch to allow input source selection.
This switch is already mounted on a separate PCB. The PCB also includes 4 slots already arranged to receive LEDs (supplied) thus providing a visual indicator of the active source.
To preserve the sound, no audio signal flows into the source selector. The rotary selector merely supplies pairs of S9014 transistors with HK19F relay to enable / disable each output port.
Each relay is associated with 1N4148 switching diode with low leakage current.
