FURUTECH NCF CLEAR LINE USB Audio Signal Optimizer

This USB connector from Furutech's NCF Clear Line range is designed to optimize the audio signal. It works in Plug & Play mode, and aims to improve the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and dynamics for a more transparent sound. This NCF Clear Line USB is dedicated to the USB-A ports of your devices. This optimization is made possible by the use of electrolytic capacitors and carefully selected non-magnetic materials.

Furutech Clear Line-USB : Alpha α treatment

All the metal parts that make up the Clear Line USB benefit from the brand's two-stage Alpha α cryogenics and demagnetization process. First, the parts undergo deep cryogenic freezing via high-end refrigerants such as liquid nitrogen or helium. Once temperatures of between -196 and -250°C are reached, the parts are subjected to internal stress, tightening the molecules of which they are composed into tighter bonds, resulting in a more stable overall structure and improved conductivity. In a second step, the various mechanical parts are exposed to a ring demagnetization treatment patented by the brand.

Furutech Clear Line-USB : High quality construction

The USB-A connector of the Clear Line-USB is covered with a 24k gold-plated copper alloy EMI shield, protecting it from oxidation and electromagnetic noise. Furthermore, the internal air chamber that receives the electrolytic capacitor is sealed under pressure for further damping effects.

The outer casing is made from non-magnetic stainless steel and a composite of carbon fibre and NCF (a crystalline material developed by Furutech). Finally, the NCF cover is made from a special heat-resistant nylon and Furutech's NCF material for improved efficiency and damping effect.
